Coaching with me is a highly-personalized developmental experience that is grounded in wisdom, informed by kindness, guided by a custom plan, and unfolds in response to your real life.
It is intended to simultaneously increase your leadership effectiveness and your overall wellbeing. It usually feels more like a long walk with a friend than two-a-day practices in the heat of summer.

Writing
I write on LinkedIn about the intersection of organizational leadership and integral development, exploring how commercial success flows downstream from maturing leaders. There is some theory in there but it is mostly hard-won wisdom from the trenches or real-life leadership.
I also regularly share insights from my life outside of work:
moments on the trail,
lessons from family life,
and reflections that shape how I lead and live.
My aim is to offer actionable ideas that inspire you to think deeply, engage intentionally, and lead courageously.
Speaking
When I speak to leaders and teams, my goal is to offer a fresh perspective and timeless wisdom on complex topics. My talks are always designed with interaction and practical application in mind. I always want audiences to know what to do with what they’ve heard. I believe it is of limited value to learn something new if you can’t put it into practice.
